Berkshire Film and Media Collaborative held a Posh Picnic fundraiser at Tanglewood on July 20. Rural Intelligence has photos: 
BFMC presents the first film and media Expo in Western Massachusetts on October 24 at Baystate Health’s Conference Center  in Holyoke, MA.  

The Big Broadcast, The Jazz Ensembles at Mount Holyoke College’s annual recreation of a live 1940s radio broadcast, celebrates its 10th anniversary in March, 2015. Performances will be at 2PM and 7PM on Sunday, March 8. Music Director Mark Gionfriddo is spending the summer at Berkshire Theatre Group as music director for “Seussical: The Musical” and the Musical Mondays series.

The David Pakman Show now airs five days a week on radio, TV, Youtube and the web.

Suffield Academy, Suffield, CT. is planning its Fall Open House on Saturday, October 25. Details forthcoming.

As for me.:

Mark Onstage. I’m thrilled to particpate in a fundraiser for The Chester Theatre Company’s 25th season on Monday, August 4. I’ll moderate an evening with Eddie Shapiro, author of “Nothing Like a Dame: Conversations with the Great Women of Musical Theatre”.

Mark on the Podium: I will be the featured speaker at the Hartford Springfield Speakers Network on Saturday, November 1. I’ll be doing a presentation on how to brand yourself as an expert, author, and go-to resource.

Mark In Print: My theatre reviews for Westfield News are now picked up by the national theatre website,  Here’s my latest one on the world premiere of "Cedars" at Berkshire Theatre Group. and Goodspeed Musicals' "Fiddler on The Roof".

My weekly Arts Beat column for Westfield News now appears in print in The Longmeadow News and The Enfield Press.
