Media Release. Kashmir Led Zeppelin Tribute Band Performs in Westfield on August 29

LED ZEPPELIN TRIBUTE BAND “KASHMIR” PERFORMS DRIVE-IN STYLE CONCERT ON AUGUST 29 IN WESTFIELD

Gaslight Entertainment and the Music Department present the Led Zeppelin tribute band Kashmir in a live concert, August 29, at 7PM, at the sports field behind the Westfield Boys and Girls Club. The concert will be staged as a drive-in concert, which promotes social-distancing and compliance with all public safety guidelines provided by state and local health officials
.
Kashmir performs the music of Led Zeppelin, whose combination of heartfelt ballads and rock anthems laden with guitar harmonies propelled them to be one of the most successful groups in the last four decades. The quartet of musicians perform one of the best-received Led Zeppelin tribute shows, complete with sound and lights to replicate one of the major American music groups, whose music is an essential part of every classic rock station playlist. Kashmir, according to its promoter, Paul Lococo, tours nationally, and prior to the pandemic was selling out at venues coast-to-coast, including Mohegan Sun. For information on Kashmir: http://kashmirrocks.com/kr/ or their Facebook page: Kashmir The Live Led Zeppelin Show. https://www.facebook.com/kashmirrocks/

Ticket holders must use the Amelia Park Arena entrance at 21 South Broad Street. Ticket price per car of a maximum of four people is $80.00. Additional people in the car are $20.00 each.  People can bring lawn chairs and blankets and their own food and drink. Cars will be parked to be sure audience members are socially-distanced. People may bring food and drink, but no concessions will be available on-site. Ticket sales will be limited and must be purchased in advance, either at Rocky’s Hardware on Free Street in Westfield or at www.purplepass.com.

Gaslight Entertainment and The Music Department have produced numerous concerts in the area including the Beatlemania show to benefit the Westfield High School Band, and Chicago Total Access to benefit the Westfield Police Academy. Gaslight Entertainment launched a live music series at the Westfield Women’s Club last season.
